This year Copenhagen Fashion Film visits the huge music festival in Roskilde. This year our annual festival focused on fashion icons, especially in the music field. We wanted to show how a few people in the world are able to change the fashion world by just being themselves and inspire other people. We focused on exceptional personalities that have managed to make an impact on a broad international audience and put an indelible impression on our culture with their unique style and their inner glow. In other words, the festival was a tribute to those, who have broken down boundaries by making their world ours. Among others, we spotlighted musician and actor David Bowie, musician and actor Grace Jones.
So now we will search for that next inspiring an fascinating music and fashion icons at Roskilde festival. We will also check out the art scene which is very interesting and exciting this year.

Thursday we will be checking out a performance with Danish artist LILIBETH CUENCA RASMUSSEN (DK) Called TOW WITH THE FLOW: Taking the form of a sculptural performance, the work shines a critical light on the Western World’s overconsumption, with a particular focus on the textile industry, and the many layers of production that precedes our clothes.
